Sticker Shock

Today I went and bought my 2011 California fishing license, I was a bit taken back when I was told how much it cost. I bought both fresh and saltwater license, plus a two rod stamp and a lobster card, the total cost was over 70.00! That's a lot for anyone, but for a 16 year old kid, that has to look like a fortune.
