Too Much Wind

May was a weird month, we had flashes of great fishing to come and then came the wind. Schools of yellowtail in San Diego started to bite and then the wind killed it, the barracuda are going off up and down the coast and then the wind killed it, even the awesome bite we had at Santa Rosa Island for those monster halibut ended because of strong winds. now that June is here I'm hoping the winds will stop and the fishing will improve, the fish are here, we just need better conditions for them to bite, let's hope June is a better month for all of us.
